- The race started on time at 13.00 in a sunny day with a regular thermic wind (230°).
- From the race course we report a series of repeated starts due to boats out of the starting line!
- The third race (run under black flag penalty) is over, now it's starting the fourth race.

of the excellent Martin Kubovy and Roman Rocek (CZE 15019)! Rise to third place Christian Birrell and Sam Brearey (GBR 15065) with a 4th and 3rd places!

Claude Mermod and Ruedi Moser (SUI 14799) are leading Europeans 2012!
Finally started the European Championship of Fireball class! At the start were present 102 of the 105 enrolled crews.
The winners were the Swiss Claude Mermod and Ruedi Moser (SUI 14799) followed by the second one Kubovy Martin, Rocek Roman (CZE 15019) from Czech Republic, and the third place of the Swiss Venhoda-Zaugg Kurt, Zaugg Venhoda Knows (SUI 14897).
The wind on the lake of Bracciano has been initially around 10/12 knots and then slowly lowered. In the first regatta the departure has been annulled twice (general call because the boats have departed in advance) and therefore the departure has been given with black flag (4 boats disqualified).
The regatta has been characterized by many jumps of wind and therefore there have been a lot of tackings. For the second regatta we have expected the passage of a perturbation which wasted a lot of precious time. Then the jury has decided to shorten of 1/3 the second regatta.
Among the first ten classified there are 2 Swiss crews, 4 of Great Britain and 4 of the Czech Republic.
